Location: The role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and our client will provide full relocation support if you are not local. The working model is Hybrid, and a mixture of office-based and remote working.

• You will be in a senior position with team leadership responsibilities, managing internal and external biostatisticians and statistical programmers and overseeing all the Biostatistics activities for several projects in clinical development.
• The projects here are varied and interesting and include longitudinal studies.
• In the short term, you will be responsible for overseeing all biostatistical activities and managing a team of Biostatisticians and Statistical programmers.
• In the longer term, there will be opportunities for further growth and development in several different areas, both technical and managerial.

There is a larger than average holiday entitlement, starting at 4 weeks PTO plus Christmas shutdown and on-site amenities include a company gym, nursery, ample parking, food court with a coffee shop and restaurants.
