We have a new Associate Director of GMP Quality role open for an exciting and expanding Cell and Gene Therapy company with their own manufacturing site based in Lexington, MA.
Our client is growing in both people and pipeline and due to an internal promotion, they are recruiting for an energised and motivated Associate Director of Quality who wants to lead and manage people, systems, and operations (including batch release, deviations, CAPA mgt) in a friendly and supportive environment.
This role would suit someone who prefers a smaller company (our client is currently at around 250 people) with less hierarchy and more focus on creative decision making and where it’s recognised, that developing strong relationships is the key to a successful, well-supported quality system. They are developing a pro-active and positive environment and are attracting people who thrive in a small, friendly, and supportive environment, who like to be surrounded by professionals committed to their goal to develop safe and effective medicines.
Although established, there is still room for you to further develop quality initiatives and you will be supported by an impressive senior executive leadership team made up of industry leaders from “Big Pharma” who now want to work in a more intimate and dynamic environment.
