Job Description

My client has two open roles due to retirement and new headcount, to work on Solid Tumor, Cell & Gene Therapies, and Hematology – these are high performing and high rewarding roles, in a company with a high success track, wide pipeline, and a marketed product portfolio of several highly successful brands with new indications, labels, launches and first filings pending!

  • You may be attracted to work in Oncology or Cell & Gene Therapy launches, alternatively, you might want to be in a massive brand launches team, both these options are available
  • Although this is a Top 5 big pharma, as soon as you are embedded in your commercialization team, you will see it is no more than just an extended family - people work horizontally, with the right level of guidance and support from the senior management who empower not instruct
  • Although oncology experience is desired, launch experience is preferable! You could also be in Medical Affairs Compliance, Regulatory Labelling, or are already in an Ad Promo role, and want more opportunities to develop and gain more achievements or develop into leadership.

About the Role

According to the CEO’s Vision, value and innovation comes from the interactions individuals have in project teams to closely create new ideas and find solutions together, from research and transversal meds, through to clinical development, readout and strategic launch. You will become involved and co-create / co-lead for the expertise in Ad Promo with therapy regulatory, marketing and medical, from strategic and draft labelling, to the drafting process for on-line, print, handout, TV DTC promo design / review, and final agreement. You will relish launches and enjoy seeing your work come to life. You will provide:-

  • Strategic advice for the development of both OPDP advisory submissions and subpart e and h submissions
  • Provide advice, risk assessments and mitigation to commercial and medical leads, value and payor leads, public affairs & marketing on all promo materials, wording and narrative, disease awareness and support for institutional campaigns as needed
  • Provide advice on competitor wording to drive potential solutions with the marketing and launch teams that accede to PhRMA /  FTC guidelines, and FDA applicable regulations
  • Support new ways of working that cover the digital platforms as well as look to enhance traditional medico-marketing platforms.

You will be visible for your own products or new indication launches, and in time will grow to manage new assets from scratch. The line management are looking to develop new leaders (in a company with very high staff retention and long-term engagement), so other opportunities to get involved exist and will present themselves to you, based on merit and performance.
