About Our Client
We are thrilled to be presenting an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful mid-sized Biotech company based in Boston, MA. The company boasts a strong, varied and diverse pipeline focusing on Rare Diseases and Oncology and led by a 1st-class leadership team. This is a smaller Biotech people wise, with around 2500 individuals, but they generate > 6B pa, and have several marketed products. You will join one of the program teams and work under a Lead Biostatistician initially and a supportive manager, collaborating on new stats plans and designs, database checks to CDISC and analyses, while learning the ropes and developing your experience.
Senior Manager, Biostatistics
As a Senior Manager / Biostatistician, you mostly likely want to work under experienced managers who you can learn from, my client has this! Overall, their global HQ in Boston has 3 or highly experienced team heads who have a track record in developing their people, gaining drug approvals with the project teams, in clinical stages. You will consolidate your experience in writing summaries for regulatory submissions, HA responses for Stats queries, protocol development, CRO management in additional to analyses and modelling. You will gain full lifecycle experience, so P1 to P3a/b and benefit from a structured career ladder, which you can climb based on merit and abilities to influence, as well as work with the Data Sciences sub teams and your colleague in clinical development.
