Job Description

My team and I are hiring for a special type of organization, established by MD to develop and license biotech drugs for orphan and rare diseases. This client of ours, has already achieved 4 new licenses in as many years, and have a pipeline of Viral Vector, RNA, and ASOs coming through, more than a handful, less than a dozen, and we are now hiring for their SVP Regulatory new GRLs and Senior GRLs (Director, Senior Director, Executive Director), for US / Global strategy roles, which can be both remote or in a site (Greater Boston, MA).

The positions are to lead one or two ATMPs through mid to late phase, with you being accountable for the overall regulatory strategy, matrix leading of the global RA sub team, and depending upon seniority (as listed above), managing a small number of US Liaisons.

We are looking for individuals who have not just a passion for rare diseases, but have provided regulatory strategies and planning on Gene or Cell therapies already   OR    whom have rare disease regulatory experience on a more traditional science platform (small or large molecules).

Our recruiting team know the SVP extremely well and have hired for her for multiple companies in the last 15 years, and comes from a Top 5 Biotech background, but, as you might, wants to work in a company that does real innovation (the discovery and research teams are in house), and is led by highly committed and invested pioneers in ultra-rare orphan and paediatric diseases.
