Job Description

Global Regulatory Lead ** Remote or UK ** Neurology NMEs in Early Dev

My client is a SME, with a long heritage in developing neurology and CNS products, with a well-known SVP at the helm, who is accessible and empowering, as well as a strong leadership team, who have built their careers on gaining approvals and developing molecules successfully.

We have 2 new roles available in their Global Teams where they will allow you to develop more of your global expertise, as long as you have worked in neuro or CNS, even if in rare diseases. The positions are classically described as being for one experienced Regulatory Director as well as one up and coming Associate Director, and can be based in either NW home counties (more West Herts than Bucks) or remotely (as long as you are willing to travel in Covid allowing for important meetings).

The HQ is based in Scandinavia. Remote could be Scotland, or England, as long as you are near an airport.

You will be assigned as the Senior GRL or GRL depending upon your level, to NMEs in early development, some fast tracked assets, and a mix of small or large depending upon the pipeline. You will be responsible for developing and managing the overall regulatory strategy for core development markets as a core member of the global project team, oversight and management in matrix for your own global regulatory sub-team, and for all health authority interactions and submissions.

My client is realistic on you having direct or indirect experience of the USA, or Japan, or China, so the value you bring for here is more about being able to create and shape solid global regulatory strategies with a matrix around you, than just the idea of whether you have filed straight INDs or NDAs one after the other!

The company is very stable, and funded through a research institute and, although their stock is openly traded in the EU markets, the majority of equity is privately owned. The company think long-term, are A political in nature, and enjoy a reputation for being focused on their patients year after year.
