Global Regulatory Policy and Intelligence Director - Brussels

We are recruiting for a Regulatory Policy and Intelligence Director to provide leadership and drive the policy for a leading biopharmaceutical company in Brussels.

This is a permanent role at a Director level and it would be ideal for a professional who would like to work in a matrix environment, where connectivity is more important than anything else. You will have the opportunity to establish and maintain relationships with the EMA, other Health Authorities and organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be the subject matter expert, ensuring HA requirements and needs are understood and met.

What will your duties be?

You will contribute to the success of our client by staying informed and being the person with deep functional knowledge of the external regulatory environment. You would use expertise and business acumen to advice, lead and support the overall success of this organization. You will do this by providing leadership to a team you will manage and help the leadership team solve problems, be informed of the external environment and make good decisions.

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • You would have extensive regulatory policy and intelligence experience with a proven track record of strategic agility. 
  • You would have proven experience with engagement and relationship building with regional/local Health Authorities, the EMA and various associations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. Fluent in English.
