Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who has spent time leading and managing people and growing, managing, and developing QA operations and/or systems in a GMP environment.

Location: Lexington, MA

Our client is a growing Biotech in the Cell and Gene Therapy space, who are growing in both people and pipeline. They are developing a pro-active and positive environment and are attracting people who thrive in a small, friendly, and supportive environment, who like to be surrounded by professionals committed to their goal to develop safe and effective medicines.

This organization is led by an impressive senior executive leadership team made up of industry leaders from “Big Pharma” who now want to work in a more intimate and dynamic environment, with less hierarchy and more focus on creative decision making. This is a company where people, systems and ideas can grow quickly, where you can enjoy good levels of autonomy and be supported by your department head.

The position we are recruiting for is titled GMP Quality Director and you will enjoy this role if you are a detail-oriented professional looking to manage a smaller, well organised team, taking responsibility for GMP related activities such as batch release, deviations, and also supporting technical services and technical agreements (a full specification is available).

Our client is based in Lexington, MA and the position comes with a strong package and stock and my client will also cover any loss of bonus and/or vesting stock due in 2023.
