Job Description

Are you interested in taking your Regulatory NDA/BLA experience and moving into the Cell and Gene therapy space?

We have an exciting new role for a Biotech company that has multiple Modalities including Cell and Gene, mAbs, small molecules and Oligonucleotides. My client is a seeking a GRL at Snr Director Grade to take the lead for their (leading!) Gene Therapy (Adeno) in Phase 2 through to BLA/MAA in a Global strategic leadership position. The RA department is fully resourced, and you will be joining a strong dynamic team, in a role where they are offering opportunities for you to be remote (with the global HQ on the East Coast in Cambridge, MA).

With a number Biologicals already approved and significant cash reserves, this organization has a great platform for even bigger and better things going forward.

Their development pipeline has a good mix of early and late-stage indications, and the Regulatory leadership team are from Top 5 Biotech’s, who are now fully behind growing and developing this highly rated organization.

Compensation packages are high level, with an excellent bonus and a lucrative stock plan (my client will also buy out your vesting stock due to you in the next 2 years). We think this is really a great role, for an indication with huge potential.
