About My Client / Opportunity

My client is seeking to hire in a team leader for development into a more senior position over the next year or two to manage EU submissions for a busy pipeline in Oncology Solid Tumor / Haematology. The role is reporting to someone with a lot of regulatory achievement and track record, and ultimately you will be primed for a more senior position once you have established yourself.

You can expect to see a top-notch environment, with solid systems, budgets, and support, with each brand team having a dedicated RPM to help you coordinate the filing plans, as well as the right level of resourcing for your late phase and filing projects.

The Role

The role is leading a small group of EU Regulatory Strategists and Liaisons, focusing on late phase pipeline, initial MAs, and new indication line extensions, in a company which invests USD billions per annum in their pipeline, and has a strong line up of existing market products.

You will coach and mentor as well as review responses and dossiers, regulatory strategy plans, and by working one to one with your team and the stakeholders, you will drive innovation, timelines and ensure solid regulatory narrative. You will know how to switch from leading from the front to managing from behind, and you will be supported by the LT to build your network and develop personally.

So, in summary, this is for an individual who wants to be involved in the project level but also wants to manage people.

Your Background

You will have some experience of managing people already and have a solid career track history in regulatory affairs, focusing on either solid tumor or oncology, and now want to feel rewarded for your efforts. Strong HA liaison experience and filing track history is needed for this role.
