ADV Talent Partners have a new MA based role for a strong QA professional with a Documentation background, for a highly dynamic biotech company that is expanding in a number of areas.

They have a proprietary chemistry platform that enables the production of oligonucleotides that precisely target the underlying cause of rare diseases and have a developed a culture that is thoughtful, dynamic, humble, and fearless. They are looking for a Quality Specialist with Document Control & Training exp. to join their QA team at their manufacturing site in Greater Boston, MA.

This will be a hybrid position, involving multiple days per week on-site and some remote work from home and you will be responsible for oversite and maintenance of internal systems for document issuance, reconciliation and archival/retrieval for both paper and electronic documents.  In addition, the successful candidate will develop strategies for SOP development related to all Document Control processes and provide support to the training program for GxP operations.

The salary and overall package is very, very strong and there is flexibility for home working 2 days a week and start and finish times can also be flexible as agreed with the manager.
