Our client is a clinical-stage drug research and development, genetic medicines company committed to delivering life-changing treatments for people battling devastating diseases with high unmet need. The company is an organization led by an experienced and engaging leadership team who are formerly from “Big Pharma” who now want to work in a more dynamic, collaborative, and synchronized environment, to treat rare diseases.

The role that my team and I would like to present to you is graded RA Director or Snr Director, and you will be responsible for developing & leading the Global Regulatory Strategy for a development pipeline of indications for Rare Genetic Diseases.  The role comes with a good package and reports into a SVP of Regulatory that we know very well (ex-placement of ours) who is super supportive & super experienced around global registrations, and is developing a really strong, friendly and proactive regulatory team and culture for US and Global activities.

• The focus is on Global Regulatory Strategy for Gene therapy indications in development
• The HQ is based in Cambridge, MA but the role can be fully remote/home based 
• My client will also cover any loss of bonus and stock due to you in 2023
• The senior executive leadership team is made up mostly of industry leaders who are formerly from Big Pharma, who now want to work in a more dynamic, collaborative, and synchronized environment, to treat rare diseases
• The SVP of RA is engaging and an experienced GRL and leader with vision, who likes to give her team the support, resources, and space to operate
• The pipeline has several exciting indications in different stages of development
