Job Description

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company that is building a unique portfolio of innovative, first-in-class therapeutic candidates across a number of key therapy areas.

They have full-on early development role open for a Global Regulatory Affairs Director, to lead and manage regulatory strategies and HA interaction for a strong portfolio of indications in early development.

Reporting into a dedicated and accomplished Head of Regulatory Affairs based in Europe, this will be the key and most senior regulatory person and position in North America. The team will grow around this position and although initially starting at Director grade there is a clear and designated pathway for this role to move up to Snr Director soon.

The company are set up on the East Coast, near Cambridge MA, but are offering fully remote and/or Hybrid if you prefer.

You may like this role because….

  • You enjoy leading early development projects, and our client has an early development pipeline with exciting and positive data, with the capacity and intention to steadily expand and grow.
  • They are Pre-IPO but are already cash rich with a solid and stable financial base for growth; they have cash in the bank, good investors, products that originate from a good R&D source, and a good technology platform - so far so good!
  • It’s a company with a very relaxed, honest, and transparent culture, where the focus is on the science and good collaborations; no hierarchy, and you will be working with the CMO and the senior leadership team.
  • It’s a very positive and friendly company, which makes it for a great x-functional interactions and a good work life balance; everyone at this organization, wants to work for a smaller company, they know the benefits, and they enjoy the work – life balance and entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
  • You will be the “voice” for North America in a Global role, where the regulatory team is set to grow around this position; start as Director but stay and move to Snr Director grade.

On offer is a great package, comparable with any top ten Biotech or Pharma company, but with this organization the work-life balance and positive entrepreneurial environment makes it a great place to be.
