Adv Talent Partners have a new position open for a Regulatory Affairs Head of Labelling, to lead a Global Labelling team based in Brussels, Belgium.

My client is passionate about science and innovation, and they are looking for passion and innovation in their leadership positions as well.  They have a strong pipeline and a good number of new innovative product launches planned over the next 3-5 years and are also involved in developing Gene Therapy products, so it’s an exciting time to join as the future looks extremely positive.

With this client we have a new position open for a Regulatory Affairs Head of Labelling, to lead a Global Labelling team based in Brussels, Belgium.  The role will be focused on leading the Global Labelling team initiatives, including talent development, mentoring and resource allocation and encouraging others to learn, build and share best practices within and beyond the organisation.

The Regulatory Labelling team already has a number of talented and motivated individuals who are already experienced in a number of labeling activities covering pre-approval, MAA and lifecycle, so most of your focus will initially be on providing dynamic team leadership and personal development but with a longer term plan of evolving the role of the labelling group to ensure operational excellence and demonstrable strategic value. 

The role is based in Brussels, and easily commutable from the surrounding areas, as the offices are located close to a number of transport hubs, but for the foreseeable future my client has committed to do digital hiring using Skype (VC), and has a new digital on-boarding and induction training process in place to allow a smooth transition during MERS-COV-2 outbreak. During the next period, new hires will be allowed to work from home full-time, until such a time occurs when normal working returns.

When things do return to normal, there will be real flexibility around working hours and start/finish times in the office, so you can avoid any traffic congestion, and there are also good options to work from home a few days a week as standard with more flexibility to work from home more if required.

The role is graded Director level, so expect a strong and highly competitive six-figure salary, strong bonus, fully expensed company car with EU petrol card, a strong and generous  LTi/share allowance scheme which could be worth an additional 35k each year and comprehensive medical and healthcare package to cover you and your family.

Ideally you will have previous extensive regulatory labelling experience coupled with a proven track record of strategic agility and proven experience with engagement and relationship building within your current organisation. You will also need excellent communication and influencing skills plus proven experience with line management with a Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
