Job Description

Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager for Animal Health / Vaccines – Based in Central London

Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager role for a Global Animal Health Organisation based in Central London. Lead and manage a team of up to 6 Regulatory professionals.

We have a permanent role based in London for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager for a growing Animal Health company with an established portfolio of high-quality medicines and an exciting pipeline of mainly new vaccines in development.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move into a successful, established and dynamic animal health company, with big ambitions for growth, innovation and market expansion in a leadership role where you will manage  a team of Regulatory Officers and Executives.

Working from the company’s EU HQ based in London, you will be joining a global organisation with a presence in more than 50 counties. The culture is relaxed and enjoyable, where innovation and creativity is embraced and encouraged. This is a place where you can make a big difference quickly. The interaction between the different functions is done on a daily basis, but there is still a strong focus on team work.

The role: You will be managing a team of up to 6 regulatory officers and executives, leading the Regulatory Affairs function initially in the EU, but with the potential to quickly take over the regulatory responsibilities in the US, Canada and the ROW. You will work with the different stakeholders to ensure there is business continuity and will support the growth of the company through innovation and EU & ROW regulatory strategies.

Experience needed: Ideally you will be a Regulatory Affairs Animal Health professional with a good sense of leadership, with strong knowledge/experience of  animal health drug development, registrations and people management.

The role comes with a competitive salary, bonus, relocation support and a stock plan, plus comprehensive  healthcare and medical packages, strong pension, life assurance, with flexible working hours and options to work 1-2 days a week from home.
