Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity open for a well-qualified Regulatory Affairs professional at Snr Manager grade or coming into Snr Manager grade to join a growing organization with an exciting future.  Our client is a young but strong clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a novel class of medicines. Initially the therapeutic focus will be Oncology, but plans are developing for the expansion into other major Therapeutic areas, and my client has its own technology platform to deliver an entirely new class of therapies.

The science here is exciting and ground-breaking, they have a Unique Mechanism, which produces a novel class of versatile, chemically synthesized medicines (which represents a unique therapeutic class) combining the pharmacological properties normally associated with a biologic with the manufacturing and pharmacokinetic advantages of a small molecule (more information available).

Reporting directly into the Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for the development and execution of regulatory strategies for assigned programs or projects, initially for Oncology programs in P1-P2 following these through to Global NDA/MAA’s.

So, this role would suit you if you are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your strategic expertise and reach, as you will be mentored, coached and supported by an established and highly recognised Head of Regulatory Affairs, with several major submission achievements gained at a top 5 Biotech.

The offices are based in greater Boston (not far from Downtown), but my client is offering opportunities to be fully remote for those who are not close to the offices and there is full flexibility around being in the office.

The benefits package is generous and includes a good stock plan and healthy bonus, along with a fair and competitive salary for Senior Manager grade on the East Coast.
