Why would you consider this role?

• This role is not based in Basel and can be fully remote as long as you live in Switzerland! The company is a merit-based environment offering a significant package!
• You want to feel rewarded for your specialism and expertise and paid the same as RA CMC Bio people, after all, should there not be equity?
• You manage one or two direct reports or more but would like to manage a bigger team of 6-7 FTEs but in a global role and not only on late lifecycle, you will want fresh products.
• You will have RA CMC expertise which is either multi-regional or global so either EU and US, or EU and International.
• You want to work for one of the most successful Biotech’s in industry, but not a Big Pharma! You prefer low politics and supportive leadership in an organization where CMC Regulatory is very well-regarded!
• You will want to work on a new blockbuster and then manage a wider portfolio of high value products (globally).
• You are happy to work remotely with visits to site regularly but not weekly.
• You want a role which rewards you for the efforts you make? My client offers significantly better packages than those found in Basel and Bern, or even Zurich, so you will feel those extra hours are rewarded.

My client is seeking for a newly created role a Regulatory CMC Director, who likes working on new products and supporting global CMC lifecycle, who has to offer also small team people management / people leadership skills but would like to progress.

The role is a newly position, and reports to a very accomplished (but humble) Senior Director. This individual will ease you into the organization, starting with 1, then 3 more then further products, and will allocate extra headcount to you, step by step, as you embed yourself into the structure.

The company is offering a significant package which makes most Basel packages look wanting, but this is an established biotech with 8 or more blockbusters and a decent track record, this is not a start-up company.

We will help you through the recruitment process and know the VP and LT for RA CMC very well, we will support you the whole way!
