My team are supporting one of our strongest clients, they are a well-known company and are highly respected. The role is located in New Jersey, and a full relocation is supported. We have hired extensively for this company and our past placements speak very highly of the teams, the culture, the package and incentives, this company is very stable and well laid out.
We have a new position reporting to a VP to support their early development and translational meds, for Neurology. You will support 4 NMEs with novel MOAs in the neurology / neurodegenerative area. The company do have marketed products in Neuro, but this pipeline is a new development area for the company, and the therapy area will grow.
You will support as the Global Regulatory Lead the clinical and program teams, innovate and shape clinical and regulatory strategy, in a company where regulatory and clinical work very closely to each other, and have a collaborative approach when it comes to Clin Prots. You will be someone who enjoys working with Clinical and Non-Clinical, to explore new avenues for development, knowing you have a world-class CDx and Biomeds team to support any innovative strategies.
Of course, this is an early development role, so it does not have the quick fire pace of leading filings, but there is a lot of opportunity to grow yourself as a SME within the neuro team, as the pipeline expands, including eventually being a team leader, based on your interest and merit.
You will have experience of working in either early development or late development, have developed / executed RA strategies for NMEs or major Line Extensions, and have a strong understand of the EU and US regulatory framework. Experience in neurology is ideal!
Location and Hybrid:
My client offers hybrid working, but not full remote, so you will need to be living in the NJ or NYC area or be willing to relocate to this location, knowing my client offers a significant package for costs and logistics!
Package & Benefits:
This role is open to either Associate Director or Director level candidates and comes with a significant amount of LTI and Bonus, in a company where the multipliers are generous and based on company performance and individual. Additionally, there is a Health and Pensions package, and my client will support stock buyouts and loss of 2021 bonus, as needed.
