Job Description

Location: Budapest, Hungary

My client is a successful healthcare provider treating >7million patients per annum with a footprint across most of the European countries and with a mission to expand further.

This role is instrumental to this mission. You will define regulatory and access intelligence for existing markets for new services, by working with the affiliate teams, as well as develop regulatory intelligence and stakeholder mapping for new country launches.

You will be resourceful, self-motivated and tenacious, as this role is interfacing with senior management who have high standards, and want strategic assessments, to help them shape their overall business strategy and decision-making. That said, the individuals you will be working with are approachable and are very interested in this hiring and will want to engage, because this role is part of a round of new positions which will help them to grow further.

The underlying financials of the company are very good, strong growth, with a period of rapid expansion, so you will be joining a strong environment with good foundations and ethics.

Because of the nature of this role, we are seeking individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and these are a guide because we are also seeking the right personality and drive. We have bandwidth on grading, so you could be at Senior Specialist, Manager, Sr Manager or potentially Associate Director grades:-

  • Individuals working in Medical Device regulatory affairs, who want a wider more varied role which encompasses both regulatory intelligence and public affairs
  • Individuals working in a Healthcare Association, Regulatory Body, or Industry Association
  • Individuals working in management consulting who have market mapping or market entry experience and now want to work in a more applied segment, ie, regulatory and access intelligence
  • Individuals working for a private healthcare provider, private reinsurer, or clinical group, who want to work in a pan European role and have relevant experience of some of the above
  • Well qualified postgraduates with post doctorate experience in health care provision, combined with commercial industry experience.

The role is based in a Captial City in Central Europe with lots of history and great architecture (certainly as much as Paris has!), and comes with a housing allowance of 1000 Euros per month, as well as a good basic salary commensurate with your skills, bonus, health and good support for relocation.

We are retained on this role, and I am happy to explain more about the position, as well as the personalities you will be collaborating with.
