Regulatory / Regulatory Affairs Manager, Central London, UK
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs professional to join a growing R&D based pharmaceutical company based in Central London.
This role is with one of our favourite clients. This is an exciting company that has recently marketed 3 new product and has 5 coming up in development. There is a feeling here, that this is a start up, they have a flat structure and a relaxed culture where all the cross functional teams are sitting under one roof in their HQ in London. But don’t be mistaken, although they have independence and pursue their own development and strategy in Europe, they are actually part of a large, global pharmaceutical organisation.
They are looking for a versatile Regulatory Manager, with some EU (CP, DCP, MRP) or at least UK, Ireland post approval experience and some clinical/CTA and labelling experience. This person needs to be willing to learn and develop as well as roll up their sleeves and get on with it. You won’t be rushed in this company where the quality of your work is more important than the quantity and your personality and soft skills are most valued.
In the short term you will be focusing on post-marketing activities, supporting the expansion on the recently approved products as well as lead (with support) responses to queries from the health authorities. In the near future the role will gradually change to give you the opportunity to work on and manage CTAs and new MAAs for the novel chemical entities coming up in development.
In return the package is competitive and it comes with a bonus, the week has 35 working hours. Meanwhile, our client has committed to do digital hiring using Skype (VC), and has a new digital on-boarding and induction training process in place to allow a smooth transition during MERS-COV-2 outbreak. During the next period, new hires will be allowed to work from home full-time, until such a time occurs when normal working returns.
