Supporting one of our biggest clients, my team and I are currently recruiting for a Director, Global Regulatory Strategy, preferably with Neurodegenerative or Rare Neuro Disease experience.

The hiring manager is an experienced Global Regulatory Therapeutic Lead with 24 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical industry both in clinical research and regulatory strategy with a string of approvals gained over their career. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate value and innovation where there is high unmet need.
By becoming the Global Regulatory Sciences Director with this company, you will be in charge of translating strategy into regulatory plans, supporting a growing pipeline of NMEs in early to mid-phase and multiple indications and modalities (all are novel). You will manage the overall global strategy and steer / lead all major HA interactions.
Our client recognizes the importance of balance and flexibility in the work environment, which is why the company offers hybrid working, but not full remote. You will need to be living in the greater London area, be willing to commute on a regular basis, or spend 50% of the time on site.
Package & Remuneration
The role is open to Director level candidates and comes with a competitive salary and a great company benefits package, including bonus, annual stock award, and an actual car or car allowance. There is a decent pension and other benefits including health insurance.
As an applicant you would have a university degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MSc, others). You would have conducted prior negotiations with regulatory authorities and contributed to scientific documents developed for regulatory purposes.
