US Regulatory Lead & Global Regulatory Leads ** Work on Cardio in Ph 3 to read out ** NJ/NYC

My client has made a substantial investment in bringing their pipeline and lead compounds to fruition, and have 2 openings available covering Associate Director, Director and Senior Director grades to manage NMEs in final stages.

The company is prestigious, so a Top 5 company, but the global and US team are a smaller, tight knit group, with a focus on development regulatory affairs, not mid to late lifecycle.

We invite you to consider this role if the following appeals to you:-

  • You want to work in a global role or US liaison role, with an appropriate amount of autonomy and in a company with quicker governance and ample support to ratify decision-making
  • You want to collaborate in an organization which has a big seat at the table, where clinical science and development are true partners with regulatory
  • You want to be supported to grow, if you are considering Director, my client will let you climb up the headcount ladder 1 FTE at a time
  • If you are considering a Senior Director level role, and have management experience, we have a potential opening for you to manage a team of 4-6 FTEs
  • You do not want to wait 3 years for a clinical study to readout, perhaps this is what you face now in your current role, my client has a very late stage compound
  • You want to be located in either NJ/PA borders or in the greater NYC area, either with a red carpet relocation, or some home / office flexibility (50% can be based at home post Covid)
  • You have direct experience of filing NDAs or Supplementals (new indications or expansions), and now want to step into a Global position or stay at the US level and file quickly
  • You do not want to be penalized for leaving your company, my client will buyout stock and bonuses, so you will not leave empty handed.
