Job Description

My team and I are very excited to be working with a hiring manager we have known for more than a decade, as this is the person you would be reporting to if you enjoy being appreciated for your merit and you feel like it is time for a change and/or promotion. The manager has held positions of increasing responsibility in various therapy areas and is now vacating her position as a Therapy Regulatory Director for a new role involving more leadership responsibilities.

This organization we are hiring for is a clinical-stage drug R&D company led by an impressive senior management team who have a clear vision for you and their pipeline. The team consists of equally experienced individuals in all sectors who are fun to work with and very welcoming of new employees. This is a very well-funded biotech consisting of a few hundred energetic and committed employees, who have their own scalable, in-house GMP manufacturing capabilities, which allows them to move to clinical phase much more readily.

This position would suit someone who wants to be a key voice in shaping the underlying clinical and regulatory strategies and help build the clinical value dossier and how this converses into the narrative to the regulators, oversee health authority negotiations so their strategies put the NMEs out on top. You will play a key role in the development of early phase (P1/P2) programs with adaptive or fast track potential.

We are looking for someone who has drug development regulatory experience in ideally early development.

When working with a smaller company, communication with the management team is much easier, you will be dealing with fewer decision-makers, while enjoying complete autonomy in your work, higher visibility, simpler reporting structures, and more room to grow.
