In the period of 2022, I have helped several senior executive teams with their clinical and regulatory VP / SVP hiring. I enjoy working with individuals whom I have known from the early days of their career, to see how they have developed and grown, into fully fledged Senior Executives. I work across Oncology, Immunology, Neurology and Rare Diseases and technology-wise we have more than one client in AAVs, CAR-Ts, mAbs of course and RNAs. I work globally and continually to gain my clients the best hires.

I am a Life Scientist graduate and Team Leader here at ADV Talent and provide account management and direct hiring with my team for Regulatory, CMC (CAR-T, AAV, RNAs, ASOs, mAbs), Quality and Drug Safety. We are a close-knit team that works within a matrix, covering positions in the USA, Europe, Switzerland, and the UK. By working together, we achieve a lot, we have a high-volume high-quality function, which does lever many successful hires for our clients.

I hire physicians into R&D clinical and medical affairs positions in the USA, UK and Europe. I provide MDs as well as Board Certified / Specialists MDs and PhDs, for clinical science and monitoring, as well as medical affairs, from operational up to strategy leading and functional head levels in Oncology, Haematology, Neurology, Immunology, Rare Diseases & Cell / Gene Therapy.

I have recently finished the extensive training we receive here, and I am working as a Resourcer for Regulatory and Quality hiring, mostly for the USA but also in Europe and the UK. My main focus is building successful relationships with new applicants and managing our extensive database which we use to lever applicants against particular profiles and positions. What still impresses me about working here is the quality of the roles we work on and the trust our clients have in us.

I support our customers which includes a variety of Start-up’s, Drug Incubators and Top 10 Bio-/Pharma’s in Clinical Development and Regulatory hiring as a Senior Resourcer covering the US and Switzerland both for Owner Contributor roles and with Matt Greig on Executive Search (Regulatory, Cell & Gene, Clin Dev). I am proud to make an impact by using analytics and marketing to capture the interest of talented individuals that we supply to great companies!

I am a graduate of Economics and work in Human Resources and Administration, supporting our Legal Entities in Europe and hiring as well as training new staff members. The teams here are highly motivated, trained and coached by our leaders who each have over 20 plus years’ experience in Bio/Pharma Recruitment and Executive Search.
